My name is Bryan, the founder of Coriana Jewelry.

Being based in Los Angeles, CA, I've been fortunate to have one of the largest jewelry districts in my backyard. I would frequently take trips to the district to window-shop and marvel at all the beautiful pieces on every square block. What I loved the most was hearing stories from customers and jewelers about how unique pieces were made. As I spent more time hearing these stories, I realized jewelry isn't about shiny diamonds, settings, and 18k gold; it's the emotional connection, community, and stories that withstand the test of time.

As an adult male, my jewelry journey started similarly to most: a few personal pieces added to my collection, but the first real purchase was the engagement ring. Because I spent years talking to master jewelers and watching custom pieces come to life from raw diamonds and 14k and 18k gold, I had a decent understanding of how to get a good deal. With the connections built over the years, I was able to create the perfect fairytale ring that my now-wife dreamed of as a child. Our first of many stories we'll create together.

Years later, on a dinner date with a group of friends, my wife shared our story of how her engagement ring and wedding band came to life. Our friends were amazed that custom fine jewelry wasn't reserved for the ultra-wealthy. Over the next couple of days, our friends reached out wanting to start their own storytelling through jewelry. The satisfaction and joy I felt with every piece of jewelry I helped create was addicting. In the fall of 2025, with storytelling through fine jewelry as a core pillar, I took the plunge and started what is now Coriana Jewelry. The name Coriana has many meanings. A beautiful name rooted in Greek and Latin, it translates to maiden, girl, or heart, representing themes of youthful beauty, grace, and emotional depth. It is also a nod to my Korean American and Los Angeles roots, with Coreano/Coreana being the Spanish word for Korean.
